Manufacturer’s warranty
Aketek’s published warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use for products purchased from Aketek or an authorised reseller:

The warranty supplied with your purchase determines the applicable coverage. Normal wear, consumable parts and welding helmets are excluded from this commercial warranty. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications or improper maintenance is not covered.
Request support
Email support@aketek.com with your model, serial number, purchase evidence and a description of the fault. Include clear photographs where useful. Stop using equipment if you suspect a fault affecting protection. Contact us before shipping so we can provide the correct service address and instructions.
Accepted claims may be resolved by repair, replacement or refund. For work outside warranty, request an estimate before agreeing to chargeable service.
Statutory rights remain
This commercial warranty is additional to your legal rights against the seller. Its exclusions or expiry do not remove rights relating to faulty goods under applicable consumer law. You may contact your seller directly to make a statutory claim.
